Upper Mississippi River Restoration Program Long Term Resource Monitoring

The purpose of the Analysis Team (A-Team) is to address technical matters related to the implementation of the LTRM element. The A-Team consists of representatives of the same partner agencies that are members of the Upper Mississippi River Restoration Coordinating Committee. All states and federal agencies that are members of the A-Team should be represented by a single individual. The major roles of the A-Team include a focus on technical and science questions related to LTRM.

A-Team Minutes

The early A-Team minutes (1980s, 1990s, 2000s) are combined into documents by Fiscal year. For example, the 1988 document contains the minutes from October 1987, February 1988, June 1988, and August 1988. You also will notice that in the early years there were two advisory groups--Ecological Advisory Team (EAT) and the Computerized River Information Center (CRIC). These two groups were combined in 1990 to form the A-Team.
