Abstract

The Upper Mississippi River System is a magnificent natural resource located within the heartland of the United States.  Explore each tab of this Story Map to view the collection of maps and information that will tell the story of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Upper Mississippi River Restoration (UMRR) Program's Long Term Resource Monitoring (LTRM) element.  LTRM is implemented by the U.S. Geological Survey, Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center (UMESC) in cooperation with the five UMRS states: Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin.
