As a principle investigator, my research efforts focus on developing data to gain the approval of new aquaculture drugs, to expand the uses of existing aquaculture drugs, and develop piscicides to support eradication and control of non-native fishes. I characterize total drug residue and metabolite depletion profiles, aquaculture drug marker residue depletion profiles, and develop and validate analytical methods for aquaculture drug residues in water and fish tissue and piscicides in water. I conduct toxicity studies with fish and mussels.
