Sampling in Alton Pool began on June 12 and ended on August 20, 2002. Of the 513 sites targeted for sampling at the beginning of the season, 509 were sampled (Figure 15).
No submersed aquatic vegetation was recorded in Alton Pool in 2002.
No rooted floating-leaf vegetation was recorded in Alton Pool in 2002.
